Becoming A Member

Becoming of member of the Texas Girls Coaches Association is a simple process. Choose the from the options below.

ALREADY A MEMBER!

HERE'S THE PROCESS TO RENEW MEMBERSHIP

  1. Login with your member number.
  2. if you simply forgot your password just click the forgot password button
  3. If you don't remember your member number contact the TGCA Office at 512-708-1333.
  4. Once you are logged in just click the clinic/membership buttons in the left hand column.
  5. Make sure you update your coaching experience for the current membership year under Update Profile and that you update your contact information. Especially your email address.
If you are already a member but your membership has expired or you just want to renew an existing membership simply
NEW TO TGCA FOR THE FIRST TIME !
If this is your first time to join TGCA the process is quite simple and only takes about 10 minutes of your time at most. Just follow the 7 step process below !

HERE'S THE PROCESS TO BECOME A MEMBER

  1. Fill in the Basic Information Page
  2. When Completed You will then fill in your coaching experience
  3. When complete we will issue you a member number
  4. Once you have the member number you will be directed to our payment site for processing
  5. Simply follow the instructions for credit card processing
  6. That's it, You will recieve your membership card at the clinic you signed up for. If for some reason you cannot attend your card will be mailed to you after the clinic

NOTES FOR LOGGING IN THE FIRST TIME!

  • During your first login you will have to choose a password of your choosing
  • Your Old Password (TEMP) is your member number
  • Onced logged in simply click the button on your left to renew your membership which guides you through the online process of getting your membership current.
    • clinic you signed up to attend.
